Suicidal Ideation & Anger Treatment

Our Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOPs) are life-changing for adolescents and young adults who have shown suicidal ideations, providing a critical bridge between traditional therapy and inpatient care. Our Intensive Outpatient Programs offer a structured environment where individuals receive frequent, evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), specifically tailored to address thoughts of self-harm and suicidal ideation. Our specifically designed IOPs foster a supportive, peer-inclusive atmosphere, reducing feelings of isolation while building coping mechanisms, emotional regulation skills, and resilience. Participants benefit from consistent care and guidance from the Anxiety, Trauma & Depression staff professionals while still engaging in their daily routines, which helps to promote stability and prevent crises. By addressing the underlying emotional pain and providing tools to navigate life’s challenges, our IOPs empower young people to move toward hope and recovery.
