Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOPs) in St. George
For years, we have helped our community manage mental health challenges through Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) for adolescents and young adults. Our IOPs use the Resilience Method, a proven way to support two age groups: adolescents aged 12-15 and young adults aged 16-26. These programs require 9-12 hours of participation each week. They include both group and individual therapy sessions, as well as weekly family sessions. We also offer virtual sessions, which provide flexibility for those who need it. Our structured programs offer a clear path to recovery. They equip clients with coping skills and emotional resilience to help them rebuild their lives.
